b) The transform panel shows the appropriate information for the respected layer selected

Description

I have a hardware abstraction layer interface, as well as a driver interface. I have multiple drivers utilizing the HAL interface, while implementing the driver interface. This plugin approach causes me to have identically named tests across multiple test files.

We currently use a macro for writing down a money amount as a literal. We should move to a more modern C++ representation with a user defined literal like the below:

As #2229 points out, we are currently missing the WebAsm target compiler for clang in C.

The great thing is that it's mostly identical to its C++ counterpart, so doing it should be a breeze!
