Expected Behavior
An invalid entry to the JumpList does not cause other entries to disappear.
Actual Behavior
A single invalid JumpList entry makes all other entries disappear.

Output - Severity option (style) is not applied correctly in the OutputChannelManager append method

Bug Description:
When using the OutputChannelManager the OutputChannelSeverity in the appendLine method does not work as expected, it does not color the Warning and Error as expected.

After pending on the exporting several times, I find that the default format mp4(av1) would take much longer time (about 5min) than mp4(h.264) (less than 10 secs).
And I also find that the mp4(av1) format cannot be played by the QuickTime player on Mac.
So I think it would be better to use mp4(h.264) format as the default export format.
1) Invalid file type error in Organization picture upload over laps with the preview element.
2) Hovering over the upload button after a Invalid file upload darkens the error message.
