Luz Noceda (voiced by Sarah Nicole-Robles) is the protagonist of The Disney Channel animated show The Owl House and is considered to be Disney's first openly bi character. She is a 14-year-old Dominican-American girl who loves the book The Good Witch Azura.
She is so involved in her fantasy world that she often forgets about reality, it's so bad that her mother tries to send her to "Reality Check Summer Camp".
Instead, she is magically transported to a magical world where she learns to become a witch. She is clearly attracted to the hunky character Teen Prince of Angstmore when she meets him on a quest.
She ends up attending the magic school Hexside where she meets another young woman named Amity. Season one ends with a budding romantic relationship between Amity and Luz.
In response to fan questions about Luz's sexuality, creator Dana Terrace confirmed in a Reddit AMA that Luz is indeed bi.
Amity is intended to be a lesbian and Luz is bi. [1]
