POST /repos/{owner}/{repo}/tags/{tag} to create a tag

Tested in Safari. Happens when you're about to merge a PR

The field should match the length limit, but it doesn't anymore. Might have to do with padding or box-sizing

Initializing Netlify CMS in a TypeScript project results in unexpected type errors. These errors stem from changes to the CmsCollection interface in #4950.

For some of these errors, attempting to satisfy TypeScript results in a runtime config-loading error (see screenshots).

My menubar is full. Even with "menubar mode" turned off it still appears up there. It should not force an icon up there.
