    The Visual Studio Code July Update version 1.48 is released!  Highlights include Settings Sync (preview) is now available in the Stable release. We refactored the overflow menu for Git in the Source Control view and the overflow menu in the Extension view. It is easier now to launch the debugger for a web application. Last, we continued to work on Notebook support and updated the core UI.
