Describe the bug
Adding a reference to a ClassLibrary project from a UWP application project generates a XAML compiler warning.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open Visual Studio 2019 (or 2017)
2. Create a new Universal Windows Class Library project
3. Create a new Universal Windows Application project in the same solution
4. Add a reference to the Class Library project from the Appl

Love the fade and swipe animation when i touch a key for voumen and brightness controls. Sometimes when I have open a editing software, the flyout animation is laggy.

Describe the solution you'd like:
Add an animation toggle to desactive them like Windows flyout. It does not has an animation.

The circle inside the radiobutton is not in the center when I use it in a high dpi display, using Google Chrome.
