Requesting that you add the new Gitlab Provider as a new VCS Provider.

Similar to other ipam products (like Infoblox), a provider for Bluecat would be very nice.

Currently, facades implement good exception handling, but resource parsing does not. That means that for a given resource type, if parsing fails for any given resource, the fetch_all method fails and stops, hence not parsing any additional resources.

All resources should be reviewed and updated, to ensure they handle parsing errors.

Describe the bug
CKV_GCP_14 requires a backup configuration, but it does not take into consideration read replicas.
A read replica cannot have backup enabled in GCP.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a google_sql_database_instance with master_instance_name and replica_configuration
2. Chekov will pop up error CKV_GCP_14

Read replicas

Cloudprober supports building additional metrics (other than the default ones) from external probe output. We could possible do the same for HTTP probe.
