例えばforwardable libraryのバージョンを示す定数であるForwardable::FORWARDABLE_VERSIONの型を見ると、"1.1.0"と書かれています。

ところがこれは当然バージョンに依存した値なので、特定のRubyのバージョンでしか正しくない値です。実際に見てみると、どうやらRuby 1.9.

currently in writer root comments do now show kebab menu instead it shows ">" in all the scenario even if it is a single comment in the thread.

Instead what it should do is, if root comment is the only comment in the thread then it should show kebab menu instead of ">" and tapping on it should not open the new view inside comment wizard.

A suite using blank-state instead of the regular e2e fixtures so we can test initial steps, changing admin password, creating new users, creating new templates, creating thesauri and relationships, etc.
