Since we have all variant playable offline it would be nice to have the same help pages the website has but embedded in the app to be seen offline.
Help would be accessible from offline games menus and displayed in a modal window (like the one for the tournament FAQ).

If a prepare hook is defined in a platform block, it is not executed when cordova prepare is called without specifying a platform.
My expectation is that the platform prepare hooks will be still be called when a platform is not provided as an argument to the platform prepare command.

As new Shadowsocks user I don't really understand how to connect third-party SS client (for example: shadowsocks/shadowsocks-windows) to Outline.
