Description
When using the zbctl to create a worker we are able to set some flags, like the timeout of the job activation, but it is not clear from the help what the unit is and how the parameter should look like.

A user might or might not have the privacy option for auto-checks to happen in the background. But they might want to check manually without having to go to camunda.com
Describe the solution you'd like
A "Check for Updates" action available directly under the Help menu that would trigger the check immediately.

I like it that I don't have to specify details again and again in Camunda Modeler. I would like to have it in Zeebe Modeler too. Currently, the feature is missing
