Description

When using the zbctl to create a worker we are able to set some flags, like the timeout of the job activation, but it is not clear from the help what the unit is and how the parameter should look like.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A user might or might not have the privacy option for auto-checks to happen in the background. But they might want to check manually without having to go to camunda.com

Describe the solution you'd like

A "Check for Updates" action available directly under the Help menu that would trigger the check immediately.
