Issue details

If a game is paused for a long time, after resuming, Gdx.graphics.getDeltaTime() will give the delta of the entire pause duration. This causes freeze/stutter on resume as the game tries to process possibly hours worth of delta. This was fixed for the android version but not for iOS which makes it inconsistent across backends.

Currently, using a non-english locale will cause a crash.

We need to use the locale from the mpq to load specific string tables and fonts. See #863 for where the local is stored. exactly which sting tables and fonts get loaded needs to be determined.

• move ui into a new gui/resources folder

This is to standardize synfigstudio resources folder like gedit and other gtk apps.

Changes required:

• Move glade files to new proposed folder
• Update CMake and Autotools script

Hey, when trying to use

   dest := image.NewPaletted(bounds, palette.Plan9)
   canvas := draw2dimg.NewGraphicContext(dest)

I crash with

panic: Image type not supported
