Hello,
recently we noticed that when commenting on an issue @Mergifyio backport branch-xx will create the PR even in presence of conflicts.
Is it possible to change the default behaviour to avoid creating the PR if there are conflicts in the configuration file?
Or we'll have to always add --ignore-conflicts=false manually?
Looking at the documentation we can't find a way to set default

We need to sync the issues assigned to users from Github, so when someone is assigned to Github, the user assigned should be assigned on Gitpay as well. And we expect that the user is notified about this change by email.
We have two scenarios:
- User assigned on Github is registered on Gitpay
- User assigned on Github is not registered on Gitpay
The email should follow this template:
