MGLTilePyramidOfflineRegion should have a countOfTiles method that returns the number of tiles included in the tile pyramid. The implementation would rely on the mbgl::util::tileCount() function added in #9906.

As there is a lot of functionality in Pure Maps, it would be helpful to have user-oriented homepage. It should be hosted using github pages, as done with OSM Scout Server. Among other things, it should include
