Every artist sets their price per hour, so you can always find the price you are looking for. Each event has a set duration and the artist is paid beforehand, including a small service fee.
If, for any reason, you do not want the requested and already paid professional or you decided to cancel your event, you can always contact our support and we will help you accordingly.
Write to our support as soon as possible. We will return your payment and contact the professional to ensure that such incovenience would not happen ever again.
It's easy! During sign up there is an option to create a professional account. You then set up your professional profile and connect your Stripe account for payouts. You can create a new account right in the app.
