There's a ssh_config fixture to simplify things a bit:

def given_check_pod_status(ssh_config, host, k8s_client, label, expected_status):

Currently we send az deployment create what-if to /dev/null due to that the PSQL ARM template displays passwords in clear text.

We would like to show output from this command, but we need to ensure that the secret is hidden.
