In addPipelineExtras, a _pipeline object with a source is added to the extras of each buffer, so it can be used in https://github.com/CesiumGS/gltf-pipeline/blob/47e25f05dcb86d271675f9b5fa5be8dee8205b55/lib/mergeBuffers.js#L29
If a custom stage adds a buffer, it will not have a extras._pipeline object and therefore, will cause a crash in the line above.

Description:
After editing a scene, returning 'Back to Projects' still shows the previously edited scene name in the browser tab title. This occurs in Firefox and Edge, although I'm guessing it would occur in any browser.
Steps:
- Go to hubs.mozilla.com/spoke
- Create a new scene or edit an existing one (note the name)
- Save, then go to hamburger menu-->Back to Projects

Currently all render engines come with different background colors. That makes comparing colors between renderers harder, especially for transparencies.
Would be great if all render engines could use a similar/the same background color by default.

A PR for this was initially opened here but the change was rolled back since it required a few more changes outside the scope of the PR (CesiumGS/cesium#9063 (comment)).
I believe this is all the changes required:
EasingFunction.js, changeQUADRACTIC_IN,QUADRACTIC_OUT,QUADRACTIC_IN_OUTto the correct spelling
