Use card layout for game selection rather than a list selection

This will allow the use of game images to make things more recognisable.

GameSelectionScreen.vue needs updating to use a card layout with the game image as the base indicator. A text overlay may be nice, otherwise text should appear below the image.

There is no current component implemented for a card view like this, nor is there any SCSS written.
Consider referencing the base Bulma card.
