Describe the bug
Panels that have tabs (IE the menu drawer) have buggy arrow key navigation; the tabs that should be out of focus aren't reset visually when looping around from last to first tab.
To Reproduce
- Select a panel with tabs
- Wrap around from first to last or last to first tab using arrow keys
Expected behavior
Tabs that are not in focus

Description
Even though this bug was (undocumented) fixed (supposed), Jungle Inferno broke the pilot light from botkillers, making the light not appear.
