Preventing users from creating organizations

You can prevent users from creating organizations on your GitHub Enterprise Server appliance.

From a GitHub Enterprise Server administrative account, click in the upper-right corner of any page.
In the left sidebar, click Enterprise overview.
In the enterprise sidebar, click Policies.
Under Policies, click Options.
Under "Users can create organizations", use the drop-down menu and click Enabled or Disabled.
