Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
VRL-SWC-Density-Vis
A VRL Studio plugin for the density visualization and subsequent analysis of stacks of neuronal morphologies specified in the common SWC file format (cf. neuromorpho database) compatible with e. g. Neurolucida, NEURON or GENESIS. By extending the existing VRL-Density-Vis plugin for the matter in hand, the VRL-SWC-Density-Vis plugin integrates flawless within the novel NeuroBox 3D toolbox for detailed simulations and analysis in Computational Neuroscience (compare the organization NeuroBox3D).
