It would be great to have a tutorial for using the C API of XGBoost in a C or C++ application. Some important components:
- How to configure the CMakeLists.txt of your application to link with XGBoost (either statically or dynamically)
- How to install XGBoost library into a system prefix or a Conda environment.
- Useful tips, such as remembering to clean up allocated XGBoost object handles, or

Let's support at least reading "b3" header from a single string, most commonly traceid-spanid-1
It would also be nice to support optionally writing this, especially in message providers or others with constrained environments.
Expected behavior
As discussed on openzipkin/b3-propagation#21 and first implemented here: https://github.com/openzipkin/brave/blob/master/brave/src/main/java/bra

Hello Philip!
I think there is an issue with this part of the code of rqlite (store/store.go).
func (s *Store) Database(leader bool) ([]byte, error) {
if leader && s.raft.State() != raft.Leader {
return nil, ErrNotLeader
}
// Ensure only one snapshot can take place at once, and block all queries.
s.mu.Lock()
defer s.mu.Unlock()

See https://github.com/uber/cadence/blob/befd8954e06a1ee178d6d3eb168628282053d95d/cmd/server/cadence/server.go#L110
So it's useless to allow putting a different config. In fact, only "cadence-frontend" will work.

The blockchain v2 reactor utilizes concurrency to saturate the bottleneck of writing blocks to disk. This concurrency is internal to the reactor where the reactor itself will launch and manage internal state machines running as go-routines. This configuration makes testing difficult as we don't know when messages processed by internal state machines will be processed and when we can assert that th
