	if global.GVA_CONFIG.System.NeedInitData {
		init_data.InitData() // 通过配置文件初始化数据 默认为 false 首次运行需要将 ./config.yaml中 system下的 need-init-data 修改为true
	}

此处修改为根据配置文件来决定是否开启初始化
在跟目录的config.yaml中的system下存在一行
need-init-data: false
将此参数设定为true则会执行初始化代码
切记初次开启后 计得关闭
