Adding links to issues tagged with "Good First Issue" in each WG/team repo to the contributing to Node.js file would be a HUGE help! 馃挜

Updated to "Good First Issue" from "Good First Contribution" per nodejs/admin#20

Hi there, if I may make a suggestion: as the label is updated, the eventual links in READMEs need to be updated too, they now point toward non-existing label.

Should this issue still be open? All links to WG/team repos are working fine for me.

I think it should be, since there are definitely WG/team repos that aren't represented in the list 馃槂
