Steps to produce the problem:

1. From https://sheetjs.com/demo/table.html click [Export to XLS!]
2. For comparison, export XLSX and XLSB too.
3. Open the file in Excel 365. In Excel, click [Enable Editing].
4. Ctrl-P to print. ** CRASH **

5. From https://sheetjs.com/demo/table.html click [Export to XLS!]
6. Open the file in Excel 2010. Excel title bar shows 'compatibility mode'.

It would be great to have the option "skip N lines", since CSV files often contain not commented headers. Can this be implemented?
For example:

This is a data file generated by some old software.
Next line will contain a headers of parameters.
Temperature, Humidity, Voltage
22.5, 45.5, 220
23.0, 44.0, 219
...

That's good thinking, and I think that's relevant for another PR. The PR introducing the statistics singleton should also take care of the following bits of refactoring of the code:

• the singleton is named “state” as I initially though I would update the global state of the migration to be able to know

I'm not sure how feasible this may be, but the old logparser program from Microsoft supported queries like

Select * from test.csv

And it would read from test.csv, without needing any config files.
