There are many places where we could make use of Pathlib.

Look for any places that uses with open(...) and ask yourself:

• is the argument a string ?
• would it make sens to make it a Path(),
• how far upstream in the code can I make it a Path.

Don't try to bite more than you can chew (or more than I can review), try to fix 1 place at a time.

The Getting Set Up and Testing sections of the developer docs have a TOC in the main content which seems redundant and can be removed. The docs have a right sidebar for this purpose.

Watcher seems to ZMQ server, and WatcherClient is ZMQ Client, but there is no API/Interface to config server IP address.
Do I need to implement a class that inherits from WatcherClient?

Use case

Polyaxon tracking can be used to automatically log all information generated by Ludwig.

We should probably think about adding support for Polyaxon's tracking module in Ludwig contrib.

The example book created by jupyter-book create creates files with permissions 775. None of these files are really executable, and therefore the correct permissions should be 664 (or probably 644)
