Expected behavior
There has to be a way to omit the descriptions in taiko APIs
Actual behavior
Currently, the user can not omit the descriptions given from the APIs
Use Case
In REPL mode all the taiko APIs prints a description about the action they performed. The plugins can also contribute to this feature by using the description event emitter which is passed to the plugin
I'm trying to automate the interaction with WindowsTerminal. It seems to be a UWP application, which I have no idea how to start such application directly using Application().start. I've tried to locate it using Desktop, but got quite confused..

Describe the bug
When I pull the resize button of the code editor, it doesn't the resize the code in the editor.
