The first is that, to get the dns01-solver service account to work, I had to grant it the roles/owner "god mode" role, instead of the more restrictive roles/dns.admin mentioned in the documentation. It might be worth re-running through the steps to ensure sufficient permissions in the documentation. Maybe something changed on the cert-manager side.
