I'm noticing a big delay, how can I get the latest stock price when I open my file?

You can't. Use Google sheets instead which has a 20 minute delay while Numbers updates more like once a day. This is because Google uses Google Finance while Apple has to pay Yahoo so they limit the refreshes.

Oddly some non-stock assets do update more frequently (crypto quotes, for one), but stocks seem to only update after the close each day. Pretty weak stuff.
