To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. ng new ng-ui --create-application=false
2. cd ng-ui
3. ng g lib button -p ui
4. npx -p @storybook/cli sb

Environment

Vuetify Version: 2.3.5
Vue Version: 2.6.11
Browsers: Chrome 84.0.4147.89
OS: Mac OS 10.15.5

Steps to reproduce

Setup theme as Dark mode.
Try the example.

Only Hover list, and Transitions examples can see the affect.
Other examples looks bad in the dark mode.

Expected Behavior

Should show affects in the example.

When I use multiple iframe in my web page with pNotify and do submit or a button click in the page, I am getting error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'opener' of undefined" in at PNotify.position (pnotify.js:641).

I am getting this error when I am changing a iframe src in a text box change event and do submit the page. This is happening only in Chrome browser.
Please help me

ButtonGroup currently adds an event listener for window resize events (https://github.com/adobe/react-spectrum/blob/main/packages/@react-spectrum/buttongroup/src/ButtonGroup.tsx#L69-L79). Now that we have a useResizeObserver hook, we should use it in place of the useEffect linked above.
