Because people are too dumb to understand the importance of including useful social promotions such as the ones for LGBTQ community, women's rights, and other positive things we will change the group rules so it is more clear that this is encouraged.
To me it seems like a natural assumption that
HourEnding would have inclusivity of false, true,
and HourBeginning would have inclusivity of true, false
but I am not sure if I am typical or not.
