Investigate the WinFSP FUSE compatibility layer for a possible future Windows version of AppImage.

Note that I won't be spending time to figure this out myself as I am not interested in using Windows, but I would welcome contributors to look into it.

For those using the AppImage and not installing normally into their app tray it'd be nice to provide a .desktop file that points to their local copy of the app image.

A PR here should include:

1. The text of the .desktop file, along with locations to sub out the path of the app image
2. Instructions on where to put the .desktop file inside the user's home directory
3. Some manual testing

It has been reported that the PDF export fails if the diary contains a very large number of entries.

Use case

the widget for tool size is a quite small target for the mouse, and is almost the only thing not accessible with kb shortcuts
