- if maps aren't `cutoff`, then we need to clone during partial_eq cutoff
- multithreading engine
- serialize cached computations?
- refmap should be implemented for multi-anchor tuples
- stabilization during Engine::get of non-observed node with height 10 should only stabilize observed nodes w height 10 or less

- GAT will let us skip cloning during map and then i think
