Flask development has stalled since 2013 and it is not suitable for realtime applications. aiohttp is one of the more promising alternatives right now.

it is a very simple to solve issue and very useful.
Need to patch pytest.ini file and add DATABASE_URL line there to make tests runnable
without passing extra environment variables like:

$ DATABASE_URL=postgresql://user:dbpass@pg/test pytest

to

$ pytest
