How long is the free trial SAP Analytics Cloud?
When you first sign up, you have access to the SAP Analytics Cloud for 30 days. As your trial account is about to expire, you will notice a small button appear in the top right menu asking if you would like to extend the trial. Upon clicking the button, you get an additional 60 days, hence a total of 90 days.
How do I sign up for a free trial?
All you need to sign up is your business email address. We ask that you use your official business email address if you decide to buy SAP Analytics Cloud for business intelligence or SAP Analytics Cloud for planning later
What’s included in the free trial?
For 90 days, you get a single user license to try both SAP Analytics Cloud for business intelligence and SAP Analytics Cloud for planning features.
What happens to my data when my trial expires?
Upon trial expiry, all data along with the account will be deleted.

What data sources can I use during my 90-day trial?
Your trial account can connect to live data, which includes SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP HANA Cloud.
In addition, connections through acquired data are available including SAP Business ByDesign Analytics, SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Cloud for Customer Analytics, SAP HANA, SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Dow Jones, Google Big Query, Google Drive, OData Services, and Qualtrics. Here is a sample dataset you can use to get started to create a model.
