個人アカウントからのユーザのブロック

ユーザをブロックして、あなたのアクティビリティやリポジトリへのアクセスを拒否し、あなたに通知を送れないようにすることができます。

自分のアカウント設定、もしくはユーザのプロファイルからユーザをブロックできます。 GitHubは、ユーザをブロックしてもユーザに通知しません。ブロックした人と同じプロジェクトへのコントリビューションをしたくない場合には、ブロックしたユーザから以前にコントリビューションされているリポジトリで警告を表示するように選択できます。 You may still see the activity of blocked users in shared spaces and blocked users can delete their existing content.

ヒント:過熱した会話を鎮めるためにユーザをブロックする場合、コラボレータだけがコメントできるように会話をロックすることを検討してください。

The user stops watching and unpins your repositories
そのユーザによる Star 付けや Issue 割り当てはリポジトリから削除されます。
The user's forks of your repositories are deleted
You delete any forks of the user's repositories
The user's votes on discussions or comments in your repositories are deleted
そのユーザは、あなたのリポジトリのコラボレーターではなくなります
The user's contributions to your repositories are no longer counted as contributions for them
Your contributions to the blocked user's repositories are no longer counted as contributions for you
You are removed as a collaborator on their repositories

Any pending repository or account successor invitations to or from the blocked user are cancelled

あなたが所有するリポジトリでは、ブロックされたユーザは以下のこともできなくなります:

Issue のオープン
Send, close, or merge pull requests

ウィキページを追加または編集する

アカウント設定でのユーザのブロック

任意のページの右上で、プロフィール画像をクリックし、続いてSettings（設定）をクリックしてください。
ユーザ設定サイドバーでBlocked users（ブロックされたユーザ）をクリックしてください。
[Block a user] (ユーザをブロック) の下で、ブロックしたいユーザのユーザ名を入力し、[Block user] をクリックしてます。
ブロックされたユーザがコントリビュータになっているリポジトリにアクセスした際に警告を表示させることもできます。それには [Warn me when a blocked user is a prior contributor to a repository] を選択します。
