There's no such thing as "early ReferenceError" anymore (for things like 0++); they're all just "early SyntaxError" now. tc39/ecma262#691

CodeScene
CodeScene identifies and prioritizes technical debt based on how the organization works with the code.
- Prioritize development hotspots and get a Code Health measure on the hotspots.
- Integrates with GitHub checks to supervise hotspots in pull requests.
- Explore the efficiency of your organization with respect to Conway’s Law.
- Detect sub-systems with low team autonomy that become productivity bottlenecks.
- Measure the off-boarding risk when a key developer leaves the project.

In dstc8_single_domain & train, data_utils.get_num_dialog_examples() returns 82588, but the number of examples in dstc8_single_domain_train_examples.tf_record is 41294. I'm an avid user of the library, and have submitted a few issues in the past as well. I'd love to contribute to the library and I thought a good way to start would be by improving the docs, starting with React.
Since React has added hooks and is moving away from class components, I t

In the solution for the pastebin/bitly system design, the write to cache flow is missing in the second diagram which refers to the scaling aspect. The cache has only a read arrow but not a write arrow. The diagram will be more intuitive if a write-through/write-back cache mechanism was indicated.

If I read https://github.com/jethrokuan/org-roam/blob/b7afb02015a31a2cba02415ba863149ad7c0cee5/org-roam.el#L958 correctly, there is no particular ordering for the backlinks. It would be great to be able to configure it, for instance:
- most recently updated first (maybe this could be the default choice)
- oldest file first
- alphabetical order of title

Code Climate
Collaboratively improve code quality with Code Climate and GitHub
Code Climate combines line-by-line test coverage reports, technical debt assessments, and style checks in every pull request so that your team only merges clear, maintainable, and well-tested code.

As part of clarifying what is part of the open source offering and what is examples or private code, we should signal these differences using package names/namespaces.
