This is ER for new WP Menu system link.
When user adds CPT Restaurants, there will be new Menu item "My Restaurant Listings"
Site owner can add this link to a menu.
The menu item is automatically visible ONLY when the User HAS a Restaurant listing.
User should be able to change the text title of the link but the link itself is automatic, and points to the Listing -> My Restaurant Listings subtab.
