The new dotnet build process in appveyor.yml produces the NuGet packages by default. We can add an additional step in the appveyor build to deploy those NuGet packages, greatly simplifying the DEPLOYMENT process.

Currently, the ReadSocrata procedure does not provide informative error messages, particularly messages for when the calls to the Socrata API don't return a 200 response code.
Can you update ReadSocrata error handling to account for the following response codes?

Currently, users can use the search form on the homepage without including a restaurant name.
Let's require them to include a name in the search form. This is similar to the Better Business Bureau search form.
If they submit a query without a name, a modal with an error message should pop up. This is also similar to BBB's form.

It's to me what convention @tomschenkjr was using. I see some big numbers which would seem like commits, but I know that the CRAN submission process can be challenging and it could be actual builds.
