Bug description
On the https://psutil.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ page, there are 'terminate my children' links to the https://psutil.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#terminate-my-children section which appears to not exist anymore.

This is not an issue in 5.3.0 (https://psutil.readthedocs.io/en/release-5.3.0/#terminate-my-children).

It would be great to have a logo for the project, at least a temporary one. Since WinSW is on the separate GitHub org now, having a logo would help to improve visibility for the project

Due to the amount of traffic coming from countries that do not speak English, it is necessary to update or create an appropriate documentation so as not to alienate non-English speaking users.

I'm mostly looking for translations in the following languages, but I'll also happily accept any others as well:

It'd be useful for people to be able to use the comment-based help and review an about_PSServices topic from the command-line. It would be even more useful to have a couple of examples of what sorts of scripts might be turned into services and what that workflow would look like.

Further to Issue #37, following completion of a transfer to DocFX, we should perform a thorough review of documentation to enhance it and add more details, explanations, and samples. We should also review and clean up any styling issues, e.g. around the index/contents, etc.
