Instead of using pngs, use svg files and remove pngs altogether
Context
While trying to debug FabricMC/fabric-mixin-compile-extensions#1, I came across three things which don't appear right to me but I may just be missing the bigger picture for some of them.

I was debugging using Fabric's Mixin fork and mapping provider. The respective sources code concerning the issues appears to be the same in fork and upstream

We try to generate a readable and translatable page for the configuration options available in Sponge.
For that we would like to use the @Setting#comment() value. However in some cases, they aren't filled or are written in very long lines. These line length inconsistencies are also visible in the generated comments in the config files it
