The documentation at https://pythonhosted.org/fitparse/ is out of date. The documentation is for version 0.0.1 but the latest version is 1.1.0.

The version of WinUSB / Zadig pointed to by the Readme.md is a n old version on SourceForge. The correct version to use is the one on the Zadig website https://zadig.akeo.ie/

With the version in the Readme, I could not get the lib to work on Win 10. The updated version works correctly.

It appears Simulant+ has some additional fields that are not documented in the datasheet. Once upstream is fixed they will need to be added to the profile.
