For version 1.0.0-alpha.8, there was a major setup refactor and the CONTRIBUTING.md document is outdated.

Add language descriptions, so if you understand Chinese for example, you'll get a longer description when examining One Star posters for example (since you'll understand the writing). Could also have more uses which extend beyond this, should promote Moebius personnel or other expedition personnel picking Chinese as a language choice.
