¡¡Thanks for this amazing app!!

When installing in one of my blogs https://ull-mii-sytws-1920.github.io/ I followed the instructions at

https://utteranc.es/?installation_id=#Number&setup_action=install

and initially didn't work. Looking at the dev tools I saw the complaining about not having the file utterances.json and so I added one:

    "origins": ["https://ull-mii-sytws-1920.github.io"]
}

I think it will be worth to mention the need of utterances.json in the installation instructions

You may add an utterances.json file to the root of your repo to specify which sites can post comments to your repo's issue tracker.

The file is not required, but can be helpful if you find that another site is using utterances to post to your repo's issue list.

The origins is smart. And it could support the wildcards ?
