Currently, the application supports multiple open windows, and multiple tabs in each window.

If a user wishes to open a new file, the general possibilities include creation of a new window, or of a new tab in the existing window. Which possibility occurs in a particular case depends not on explicit direction by the user, but on the manner in which the the file is selected.

We're using the emojiIndex.search function outside of Emoji Mart to provide autocompletions in a textarea. These are formatted similar to most other autocompletions, with the trigger character being a colon; e.g. :thu -> :thumbsup:

As part of this, we'd like to ensure we correctly autocomplete emoticon-style emoji; e.g. :). The readme [explicitly notes Emoji Mart is the "only emoji pic

After installing the package globally, it is not easy to get the paths of the files (it's undocumented in the Readme). To the average user it is probably non-trivial to how to do get the full path to the yaml files installed in the directory where emojipacks is.

We should probably check file path passed to see if it's in packs folder.
