The Libra Association has been working with regulators, bankers, and various stakeholders to discover ways to enhance traditional financial systems to become programmable, interoperable, and upgradeable so that they can better serve everyone. To do so, Libra will marry blockchain with accepted regulatory frameworks, offer single-currency stablecoins in addition to the multi-currency coin, and phase the rollout of the Libra network.
