Missing instructions on how to translate #836

Suggest writing better instructions on how to translate the software to other languages.
Like take file X and translate it in X and create pull request or what ever.

translate QtAV.ts, player.ts and QMLPlayer.ts in linguest. the result ts
file name has suffix, e.g. QtAV_de.ts

try the latest code. Copy QtAV.ts, player.ts, QMLPlayer.ts and suffix country name, e.g. QtAV_de.ts. Then translate the new ts files in linguist.
