I go to download a song from Spotify, but when I download it, it's a completely different song. The song is not the one I wanted to download once it comes out into the folder, it's completely different.

This was born when http://id3.org/ was down for a few months (it's down again right now). And then I started to copy the specs there, but that doesn't scale and isn't maintainable.

We should still have links and references to all the information that's useful so we can delete mutagen-specs.

@Tindome Please gimme some more details about the issue you faced and explain a bit about the config thing as well.

Add a --verbose option to output more information on the searching, ripping and encoding process of mp3s. It'd be nice to see a --logging option where we could specify log-level such as info, debug. --verbose could also be set to log-level debug while info messages are copied to standard output and to a log file...all configured in the config file of course.

I was wondering if you had any thoughts of making this library available through vcpkg? I'm currently using it for a project of mine but thought it could help spread the use of it if made available more easily.
