Update the documentation of FlingOS system calls to include new ones and reflect what has actually been implemented.

Also add XML documentation to the system calls caller functions and inline comments to the various system call handlers.

The main site currently shows supported readers for a variety of platforms. It doesn't give any examples for Linux.

Some (such as Calibre) work on Linux, but the docs should be updated to show this.
