One rainy day I was sad and wanted to stop by Anti Cruelty to play with puppies (I have never been t...o a shelter before). My boyfriend kept telling me on the way there that we will not be taking any dogs home since we already had a small yorkie waiting for us. When we got there my heart was tearing to pieces by each cage, but I bravely kept my promise and did not ask to adopt any of them. And then we saw HER! She was quite and did not bark, when my boyfriend stopped by her kennel she licked his hand and kept smiling at us. We asked to take Lady for a walk. The moment we went outside, she jumped on the bench, put her paws on his shoulders and pulled him into a hug. Both of our hearts melted. The next day Lady went home with us and became Bailey Fury. She steals hearts of everyone who enters our home or stops on the street to pet her (actually she stops them to pet her). She helped us tremendously when a few months back our Yorkie passed away. She is a huge couch potato, but loves long walks and adventure. She is the best dog anyone can ever wish for. Thank you ACS for helping us find this furry ball of happiness. And I forgot to mentions, Bailey is a proud pit bull mix (vicious kisser and dangerous hugger). Ещё
