We've had a lot of comments and questions about our classification for Joker - which we rated 15.

While the violence in the film is strong and shocking, the scenes do not last long and there is no focus on the victims' injuries afterwards. Our guidelines at 15 state that 'violence may be strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury'.
